Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Classes
We believe in providing transparency to our students. Sadiq ul-Quran Academy offers up to 3 free trial classes with no obligation. We encourage you to attend the trial classes before purchasing any monthly subscription to evaluate our teaching methodology, virtual environment, and schedule alignment.
2. Refund Eligibility
We strive to deliver the highest quality education. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our classes, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Initial 7-Day Window: You can request a 100% full refund within the first 7 days of your first paid class. No questions asked.
- After the first 7 days: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing month has started. However, prorated refunds may be issued under special circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies, technical issues on our side preventing classes) at the sole discretion of the academy's management.
3. Service / Delivery Policy
Our service consists of online Quranic education, which is delivered digitally via third-party video conferencing software.
- No physical items are shipped or delivered. There are no shipping charges.
- Once payment is successfully completed, your student portal account will be activated, and your assigned teacher will schedule your recurring weekly classes.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- To prevent future billing, cancellation requests must be submitted through your student portal or sent to our support email at least 5 days before the next monthly billing cycle starts.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your scheduled classes until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the standard processing times of our payment gateway (PayFast) and your card-issuing bank.
