1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and enrolling in our online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Sadiq ul-Quran Academy ("we", "our", or "us") and the student, parent, or guardian ("you"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Sadiq ul-Quran Academy provides live, one-on-one and group online Quranic education classes (Tajweed, Noorani Qaida, Hifz, Islamic Studies, Arabic language) via standard third-party video conferencing tools (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams). All classes are subject to teacher availability and scheduling rules.
3. Student Registration and Account Security
To attend classes, students must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all academic activities that occur under your account.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect both students and teachers to behave with respect, sincerity, and professionalism during all virtual classes. Any form of harassment, abuse, inappropriate language, or behavior that violates Islamic values will result in immediate termination of the student's enrollment without a refund.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
- Plan Pricing: The prices for academic subscriptions are displayed on our Tiers & Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notification.
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis, based on the duration (e.g. 30-minute classes) and the weekly class frequency selected.
- Payment Gateway: All checkouts are processed securely through licensed merchant service providers (like PayFast). Payments must be made in full before class scheduling can begin.
6. Class Attendance & Makeup Policy
- Punctuality: Students are expected to join the virtual class session on time. If a student is late, the teacher will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before marking the session as missed.
- Rescheduling: To request a makeup session, you must notify your teacher or our support team at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Missed classes without prior notification are not eligible for makeup sessions.
- Teacher Absence: If a teacher is unable to attend a class, we will provide a qualified substitute teacher or reschedule the class at your convenience.
7. Academic Property
All academic course materials, curriculum outlines, digital learning books, quizzes, and software portals provided by Sadiq ul-Quran Academy are the intellectual property of the academy. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of our materials without written authorization.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sadiq ul-Quran Academy does not guarantee that class video transmissions will be uninterrupted or error-free due to third-party internet connectivity issues. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational services.
